    Job Summary:

    Capgemini is hiring an SAP Data Migration Senior Manager. It’s not just cookie cutter work we are doing but niche solutions. We are proposing and delivering cutting edge technology around BTP and Gen AI. We are engaged in large global deployment that brings a different scale and complexity. We invite internal ideas for though leadership.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Drive SAP S/4 Data Migration design for solution implementation.

    + Drive large complex SAP Migrations on S/4.

    + Manage business units in Master Data (Materials, Vendors, Customers, and Finance).

    + Roll out and oversee the production support activities for business units.

    + Understand and support E2E business processes related to Master Data.

    + Drive data validation.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across technical and business teas to align conversation design with business objectives.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    + Significant large scale end-to-end SAP Data Migration S/4 implementation experience.

    + 2 full life cycle SAP Data Migration on S/4 Hana implementations.

    + Significant experience with SAP BTP platform.

    + Strong understanding of Product Master Data, downstream dependent Master Data.

    + Strong solutioning skills to design and implement an SAP technical solution while mitigating risk.

    + Experience leading cross-functional teams.

    + Expert hands-on experience in SAP Data migration ETL tools BODS, migration cockpit, and syniti.
