Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Requires average supervision.

Required qualifications:

+ Coursework/Training: On the job training and/or trade school education

+ 1 or more years of experience working as a repair person in a building trade

Preferred qualifications:

+ Associate Degree in a Technical Trade

+ Experienced Maintenance & Repair

+ Experienced HVAC Technician

+ Experienced electrician

+ Experienced plumber

+ Experienced mechanic

+ Experienced carpenter

+ Experienced painter
