Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ATS Administrator & Analyst who will also contribute as a Junior Recruiter to support the end-to-end hiring process. This hybrid role plays a key part in maintaining and optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing data insights for continuous improvement, and working closely with the Corporate Recruiting Manager to source, screen, and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
ATS Administration & Data Analytics (60%)
+ Serve as the primary administrator of the ATS, managing user access, system configuration, and workflows.
+ Partner with TA leadership to optimize system functionality and user experience.
+ Develop and maintain TA dashboards and reports, tracking key hiring metrics and provide regularly to leadership and hiring managers.
+ Troubleshoot system issues and serve as liaison with the ATS vendor or IT.
+ Train new users and create SOPs/guides for system processes.
+ Support integration with other HR systems (e.g., HRIS, background check, onboarding).
+ Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
Junior-Level Recruiting Support (40%)
+ Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
+ Conduct initial phone screens and candidate assessments.
+ Coordinate interviews and support candidate experience initiatives.
+ Post and manage job listings across platforms.
+ Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within the ATS.
+ Support community engagements, career fairs, and employer branding efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
+ 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or Recruiting Coordination.
+ Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., JobVite, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
+ Experience with data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI a plus).
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
+ A passion for improving systems, process efficiency, and candidate experience.
+ Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
