    Come join a company that strives for _Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance_ ! **Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC,** a **Chenega Professional Services** ’ company, is looking for a **Program Manager** to support the Information Technology Operations and Maintenance Support Office of a federal agency. The **Program Manager** will be responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals, and serve as the principal point of contact between the contractor, contracting staff, and the government POCs.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.

    + Serve as the main point of contact between the contractor, contracting staff, and the government POCs.

    + Manage a 40-50 person team, assigned in shifts 24x7x365, supported by the Project Manager to provide lifecycle management to include servers, workstations, network management and monitoring, network security, performance, equipment inventory management, and helpdesk.

    + Subcontractor management, if applicable.

    + Attend required weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings,

    + Responsible for presenting regular concise program status updates, and ensuring timely resolution of critical program issues.

    + Manage the responsibility of quality and efficiency of the contract to include both technical issues and business processes,

    + Assist in task assignments, ongoing supervision of technical efforts, and overall performance management of the program

    + Monitor contracted staff work progress, and build a trust relationship with the government POCs.

    + Exhibit strong leadership skills and build rapport with key stakeholders.

    + Ensure that contract requirements, deliverables and service levels are met.

    + Collaborate with customer to support and deliver requirements.

    + Ensure accountability across the team of assigned team leads and their teams (System Engineering, Network Engineering, Service Desk)

    + Adherence to the FAR.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    + At least five (5) years of experience managing a geographically dispersed team in an IT enterprise environment, across multiple shifts, 24x7x365.

    + Program Management Professional (PgMP) or IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL4) certification is required

    + Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment and the IT enterprise environment, leading complex information technology programs for government organizations.

    + Expertise to prepare and present information/data via oral briefing(s) and written reports.

    + Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations System (FAR)

    + Ability to be onsite in Washington D.C. 8 hours a day between the hours of 6:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple assignments with strict deadlines and ability to coordinate efforts among multiple shifts and resources.
