2nd Shift - Full Time

Job Description:

+ Machine Shop/Assembly Inspector (Continuous Improvement Associate): - Caterpillar South Milwaukee

+ **2nd Shift Position**

+ Primary role is machining and assembly inspection

+ Participate as a project team member and assists in data collection and analysis to support complex problem solving projects.

+ Review process improvements that support the project.

+ Be able to perform process capability studies under the guidance of an engineer

Candidate Requirements:

+ Proficient with typical Microsoft applications

+ Capable of using tools including but not limited to Inside and outside micrometers, depth gage, vernier, caliper.

+ Ability to read and interpret standards and blue prints

+ Strong communication skills

+ Capable of working up to 12 hours when needed

+ Ability to work in confined spaces

+ Comfortable working at heights up to 15 feet

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with NDT testing

+ Magnetic particle testing

+ SAP experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

+ This position is located at the Caterpillar manufacturing facility located in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin

+ **Shift is 2nd - Full Time**

+ This position starts at $25.86 to $28.02 hr -(depending on experience) plus an additional $1.00 for shift premium.

+ No relocation assistance is available.

Summary Pay Range:

$25.86 - $32.32
