    Purity Dairies is looking for a Business Support Specialist for our Nashville facility.

    Purity Dairy has an immediate job opening for a well-rounded Business Support Specialist to perform a wide array of functions including developing reports, processing documentation, record keeping, reporting and data entry. The specialist will need to communicate effectively within your department and meet daily deadlines.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

    + Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    + High degree of initiative

    + Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    + Strong mathematical aptitude

    + Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs

    + Ability to communicate with others at all levels in organizations

    + Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
