    Education Requirements:

    + **Minimum Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy

    Licensure/Certification/Registration:

    + Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio.

    + Current BLS certification required at the time of hire.

    Experience:

    + **Minimum Level of Experience Required:** No prior job-related experience necessary.

    + **Preferred Experience:** 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
