Overview
The Receptionist will be responsible for establishing a good first impression as the primary point of contact receiving and greeting visitors at the corporate office.
Responsibilities
+ Greet all visitors and determine purpose of visit, assure proper sign-in and issuing badges
+ Advise appropriate personnel of visitor’s arrival
+ Answer switchboard in professional manner and transfer incoming calls to proper person
+ Takes and relays telephone messages
+ Treat all visitors with utmost courtesy, respect and professionalism

+ Must maintain a professional appearance at all times and exude a high customer service orientation
+ Must maintain a professional demeanor which exhibits calm expression and responds openly and warmly when appropriate
+ Must be able to speak clearly and professionally
+ Must have a high tolerance for stress and be able to maintain confident composure during emergency situations
+ Ability to accurately perform clerical duties with frequent interruptions is required
_Education_ : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
_Experience_ : Related experience and/or customer service training
_Physical Demands_ : sitting for extended periods
_Specific Skills_ : PC proficiency and strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
_Specialized Knowledge, License, etc:_ None.
_Supervisory Responsibilities_ : This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
_Working Conditions_ : Office environment.
_Travel Requirements_ : None.
_Language Skills:_ English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
