    Responsibilities

    **Noblis-ESI is seeking a System Engineer** **to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) services to** **support** **our client on-site in Chantilly, VA** .

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Assistthe government lead with yourexpertiseinsystems engineering, systems modeling, product lifecycle management, modeling and simulation, and related techniques, tools, and methodologies to construct, steward, curate, andleverageend-to-end digital content for client programs.

    + Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, and virtualization environments.

    + Manage infrastructure tools and applications such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Hyper-V, Citrix, WSUS, BigFix, NetApp, Dell Unity, and Dell Avamar.

    + Optimizesystems performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement improvements to ensure seamless IT operations.

    + Support cloud integration initiatives tofacilitatemigration to hybrid environments.Ensure compliance with IT security protocols, managing system access, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.

    + Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.

    + Identifyand resolve system issues and challenges.

    + Develop briefings and documentation material for Program/Project Manager engagements.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor'sdegree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively,demonstrateanadditional4 years of related engineer experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held.

    + Must be a U.S. Citizen.

    + Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph

    + Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies

    Junior-Level

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 0 - 5 years of experience

    + Background / knowledge in systems engineering

    + Compensation: $80,500 - $138,300

    Mid-Level

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 5 -10 yearsof experience

    + Background / knowledge in National space and ground systems

    + Compensation: $107,100 - $167,325

    Senior-Level

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 10+ years of experience

    + Background / knowledge in National space and ground systems

    + Compensation:$142,600 - $222,850

    Desired Qualifications

    + Master's or PhD in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

    + Strong Systems Engineering discipline with experience in traditional functions such as risk management, requirements management, configuration management, schedule management, or testing.

    + Experience with RDNG/DOORs requirements database management/repository, Rhapsody,SysMLapplications, Confluence, Jira, or JSMART.

    + Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Systems Modeler, Agile, Project Management, MBSE

    + Familiarity with the NRO’s and DoD’s national and tactical space architectures

    + Knowledge of Electro-optical, RADAR, SIGINT, Communications, Mission Management, and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture

    + Working knowledge ofSAFeAgile or similar agile processes and JIRA and Confluence tools

    + Understand how system requirements, design, analysis,verificationand validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle)

    + Track and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendar

    + Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily

    Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
