Broadridge is hiring!! In this role, you will report to VP of BPO Implementations to provide project management and implementation support for multiple projects. The position exists to provide structure and direction to efficiently deliver operational support to new and existing clients across Broadridge and non-Broadridge products. In this client facing role, the Implementations Associate coordinates the delivery of all assigned projects, ensuring completion within the defined scope, schedule, resource and budget constraints.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid and requires 2x a week in a Broadridge office.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and coordinate all project activities across multiple operational departments (i.e., product implementations, operational process migrations, upgrades of hardware and software) on behalf of the Business Process Outsourcing business unit.
+ Provide a solid understanding of the technology areas in which his/her projects are involved to the extent of being capable of asking the right questions without necessarily being the expert within a technological field.
+ Work closely with project and technical resources to assess, coordinate and maintain scheduled activities to successful completion and client satisfaction. Take a proactive approach to quality and risk management and ensure the appropriate and adequate level of quality is assured in the delivery of projects.
+ To assist project resources in ensuring deliverables required to successfully install, migrate, upgrade client environments, ensuring internal and external communications are managed and maintained.
+ Manage multiple priorities (projects) and adhere to tight deadlines, coordinating resource activities to ensure activities/timelines are maintained. Ensuring best practices are maintained and delivered to adhere to tight reporting and budget requirements.
+ Oversee Project Planning & Execution (Scoping, finding solutions, managing client expectations, providing estimates & project plans), Task-based scheduling (resource management, timelines & budgets), Tracking metrics and project performance reporting. Dealing with Incidents, changes, issues, conflicts and Project closure.
+ Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to members of the project management team.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 3+ years of project management experience
+ Strong back-office operations knowledge including trade life-cycle, settlements and non-settlement operations
+ PMP certification and Broadridge product experience a plus
+ Strong executive level communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to remain composed under pressure, prioritize and lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
