    Job Description

    + Assist in helping automate and streamline various rules-based processes in forecasting through leveraging cross functional support, providing tool assessment, and assisting in implementation, as applicable.

    + Lead meetings with cross functional teams on various continuous process improvement initiatives and align on expectations and perform standard health checks vs. targeted benchmarks to ensure timely completion.

    + Create KPI tool to track various continuous improvement efforts and track progress

    + Assist with creating dynamic central data repository helping brand forecasters leverage data in an agile fashion.

    + Assist in creating standard onboarding & offboarding materials, list of best practices, and various trainings to enhance overall forecasting experience.

    + In collaboration with DHQ, develop internal forecasting calendar identifying various milestones needed to support timely and accurate submissions for various leadership reviews (i.e. Brand, TA, US, Global, and Exec).

    + In collaboration with forecasting, identify and document opportunities for consistency (i.e., key assumptions, modeling frameworks, associated outputs for book pages, etc.)

    + Prepare Ad-Hoc Analysis, as needed.

    + In collaboration with DHQ and Forecasting leadership, review LBE planning cycles (including key +/-), and identify areas of opportunity to leverage various analysis and other resources to further streamline and simplify the LBE process.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Requires 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics

    + Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

    + Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across multiple functions as well as various levels of the organization

    + Highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.

    + Open to new ideas and utilizes value-added principles in approach.

    + Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities, due dates, and shifting priorities, under tight timeframes

    + Ability to solve business problems through the proactive identification of issues and subsequent collection, analysis, and interpretation of related data

    + Experience working independently as well as team environments and integrating activities across multiple functions / divisions

    + Adapt at analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources.

    Preferred:

    + US Commercial experience and knowledge of the financial planning process

    + The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​

    Salary: $121,000 - $230,000
