    Summary

    Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of routine clerical duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of paper and or electronic data under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    + Gathers, compiles, sorts, verifies and enters the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate data processing.

    + Prepares a variety of standard reports for the department.

    + Assists internal and external customers with simple routine questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.

    + Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.

    + Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.

    + Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).

    + Performs all other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or GED and at least 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Proficiency with MS Office Suite
