Job Summary

As a Premium Manager, you will oversee the premium dining experience, ensuring top-tier service, seamless operations, and memorable experiences for guests. You will collaborate with culinary teams, manage premium spaces, and drive exceptional hospitality while maintaining Levy’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee all premium dining areas to ensure an outstanding guest experience

+ Manage and train staff to deliver top-tier service

+ Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain menu consistency and quality

+ Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and cost management

+ Develop and implement service standards to exceed guest expectations

+ Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation guidelines

+ Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues effectively

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred

+ 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, premium hospitality, or related field

+ Strong financial acumen and experience managing budget and costs

+ Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
