$25.10 per hour, $0.75 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 2pm and 6am

Schedules are 12 hour shifts, some starting at 6am and some at 6pm

Operate machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of products and will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. Machine Operators must have a basic knowledge of how to set up, operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment. Machine Operators must obtain a basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques.

Job Description:

+ Adheres to company safety, conduct sanitation, and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) in all areas of responsibility

+ Follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

+ Responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining assigned production line equipment

+ Capable of efficient and timely start up for production runs 3. Capable of trouble shooting assigned equipment during production runs

+ Complete required documentation (weights, time checks, and sign off sheets) in an accurate and timely manner

+ Perform line checks and testing as required

+ Assist line associates to attain performance criteria as it relates to Safety, Quality and Productivity

+ Respond to changes on packaging to assist line associates and maintain efficiencies
