    Our client in the transportation equipment manufacturing sector is seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Accounts Payable, Quickbooks, and Administrative Assistant experience.

     

    THIS POSITION IS LOCATED 55 MILES WEST OF WICHITA, KS!!!

     

    Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

     

    Pay Range: $17 per hour

     

    Hours: Part time 8 AM - 5 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices from suppliers and vendors

    + Preparing and issuing payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds

    + Maintaining accurate and organized financial records, including tracking expenses and updating ledgers

    + Reconciling accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

    + Liaising with vendors and suppliers to address any payment issues or inquiries, and ensuring smooth financial operations

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Accounts Payable experience

    + Quickbooks experience is required

    + Ability to work in office during scheduled hours

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Ability to communicate in person and over emails
