Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking a General Laborer I to join their team. As a General Laborer I, you will be part of the retail environment supporting customer interactions and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle cash transactions effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Retail Associate

**Location:** Elkridge, MD

**Pay Range:** $15 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Provide excellent customer service to all retail customers.

+ Handle cash, checks, and invoices accurately during transactions.

+ Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail space.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals.

+ Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

What's Needed?

+ 2-3 years of retail experience preferred.

+ Prior experience as a cashier is essential.

+ Ability to handle cash and financial transactions with accuracy.

+ Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality.

+ Willingness to work part-time hours, including rotating late nights and Saturdays.
