Join our innovative team at Elim Wellspring in Princeton as a Part-Time or Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/ NAR)!

Our 5-star rated, 106-bed senior care campus formerly known as Elim Care & Rehab Center of Princeton, is hiring reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled team and work Overnight Shifts (NOC) or Evening Shifts. In this role, you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents’ lives. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and is also comfortable working independently.

Hours: 3:00pm to 11:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00am

Starting Wage: $19.75 / hour

Shift Differential of $3 / hour from 7pm to 7am.

What does a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) require?

+ Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required.

+ Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.

+ Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
