Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Client Relations Specialist for one of our litigation law firm clients. This role will eventually be hybrid remote, three days onsite two days remote, after a 90-day onsite training period. The position will be located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
As a Client Relations Specialist you will be the point of contact for all clients of the firm once they have been retained. This role will be both inbound, as well as outbound so we need someone who is comfortable making outbound calls and answering a high volume of inbound calls. This person will be joining a team of about 8-10 individuals and require working with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with attorneys and other staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Manage client onboarding processes, including the preparation of necessary documentation and scheduling of initial consultations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the firm's database.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center
- Experience in Client Relations
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- High level of emotional intelligence - Associate or bachelors degree preferred
- Experience working in a law firm or in healthcare null
