    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    Set up, calibrate, and test mechanical assemblies at the system level.

     

    Troubleshoot assemblies and perform rework as needed.

     

    Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.

     

    Prepare reports detailing findings and recommending solutions.

     

    Assist in selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.

     

    Collaborate effectively with teams and occasionally train peers.

    Skills and Requirements

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.

     

    Proficient in using oscilloscopes, DVMs, and various fine adjustment hand tools.

     

    Experience working in clean room environments is required.

     

    Familiarity with system-level testing, including requirements, test specifications, and results analysis.

     

    Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

     

    Technical Certificate, Associate degree, or equivalent military/technical training required. A BSEE/BSEET is strongly preferred.

     

    Knowledge of LabVIEW, Linux, and MS Office is a plus. null
