Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Inventory Management Specialist to join a telecom retailer in Plano, TX. This person will be responsible for owning the relationships with 3rd party warehousing vendors, understanding Cost cycle and daily cycle count at warehouse. Using excel skills to input data and escalate and handle issues, discrepancies, etc. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Monitor incoming/outbound inventory shipments. Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify trends and forecast demand. Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Assist with inventory audits and physical inventory count. Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
Experience in Vendor Management
Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics or Inventory Management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot tables)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CIM) preferred null
