    Job Description

    A client/employer of Insight Global is looking for a Resolute Professional Billing Systems Analyst to join their team. This position is 100% remote with 15% travel for trainings, stakeholder meetings, etc. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining workflows and system configurations for Epic Resolute applications. They will also be implementing requested application changes and resolving service tickets promptly. This candidate will ensure build quality and timeline adherence for configuration changes on the build and design of Epic Resolute cycle professional workflows.

    Skills and Requirements

    3 years of experience working within Epic

    3 years of experience in computer programming/IT

     

    Bachelor's degree

     

    Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration SBO Certification - higher education

    - any relevant certifications null
