Job Description

A client is looking to build a team of Data Scientists with a strong background in machine learning, generative AI development, and extensive experience with Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI- and data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges in the FSRR domain.

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.

- Design and build generative AI models to create innovative solutions and enhance existing systems, to solve problems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis and model development.

- Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy, manage, and scale machine learning models.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, generative AI, and cloud technologies.

- Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in data science and machine learning.

Skills and Requirements

- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in machine learning and generative AI development.

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Sci-KitLearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.

- Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in a financial services setting is a plus null
