    Job Description

    Verizon Technology Development and Integration (TDI) builds directional proof of concepts (PoCs) on top of and in conjunction with Private Wireless Network (PWN) and edge compute deployments. We combine robotics, IoT, and agentic AI into projects that demonstrate the importance of our network offerings to emerging technologies. In this role, you will work closely with a team of SMEs to bring your software architecture and engineering capabilities to bear on solving customer facing problems. You will work in a structured team environment with project management and accountability, but are responsible for taking initiative and bringing your voice and expertise to the table.

    Skills and Requirements

    * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent background.

    * 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

    * Proven experience in back-end development using languages such as Python, Java, or Go.

    * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

    * Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

    * Familiarity with API design and development (REST, GraphQL).

    * Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

    * Familiarity with NVidia AI architecture at both the workstation and data center level. * Understanding of Wi-Fi and Wireless Radio Access Network technology, including Private Wireless Networks (PWN)

    * Experience in robotics and/or IoT

    * Strong executive communication and presentation skills, ability to present to non-technical audiences. null
