    Job Description

    One of Insight Global's healthcare clients in Camden, NJ is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join their team. This individual will be responsible for oversight of charge reconciliation process. They will report to the Manager of Revenue Integrity and work with the CDM Analysts for all aspects of revenue integrity for assigned institutes, cost centers, and/or departments. Duties include working charging related claim edits and Revenue Guardian checks in various work ques, overseeing EPIC Charge Review Work Ques, and working with PB and HB Denial teams to review and correct denials and edits. Additionally, they will assist with end user education for Craneware, monitoring Craneware requests, and obtaining any needed information.

     

    This role will be onsite 5x onsite/week for the first 90 days, then 3x onsite/week hybrid schedule.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

     

    - Coding Certification (CPC, COC, CCS)

     

    - 5+ years of healthcare experience; knowledge of hospital operations and payment systems

     

    - 3+ years of auditing, coding, revenue integrity, revenue cycle management

     

    - Experienced with coding related billing edits (CCI, MUE, LCD/NCD, device to procedure, procedure to device)

     

    - Knowledgeable of Medicare/Medicaid regulations

     

    - Strong analytical skills and data reporting - using tools such as Excel and Tableau - Epic Experience

     

    - BI Experience

     

    - Coding Certification (CPC or COC or CPC-H or CCS)

    - Supply-chain and/or pharmacy item and process null
