Job Description
Build and maintain a "best in class" survey system to drive improvements in customer and employee experience.Serve as the Qualtrics technical expert for surveys, automation, reporting, integrations, customization, and maintenance.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analysis, engineering, data) to develop and improve survey programs, reports, and dashboards.Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Qualtrics XM Platform.Demonstrate ownership of Qualtrics XM platform management and administration, including monitoring, security, vulnerability remediation, performance, data protection, and disaster recovery.Identify and recommend Qualtrics CX/EX Platform improvements.Manage complex technical programs independently or collaboratively, considering system architecture to minimize disruption.Establish and enforce security best practices, including permission structure with Okta and Qualtrics access.

Skills and Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Qualtrics XM Platform administration and support.Proven expertise in Qualtrics XM, including survey design, distribution, data analysis, and user management.Qualtrics CustomerXM Expert or XMP Certification (preferred).Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript for advanced survey customization.Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and recommendations.Excellent communication and credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.Ability to design/implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity, adhering to privacy standards.Qualtrics Integration experience with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Databricks, Gainsight.Experience in training, learning, development, and facilitation.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Demonstrates a highly motivated attitude and excels in a fast-paced setting, taking initiative to drive successful Qualtrics implementation null
