Job Description
We are looking for a professional with over 4 years of experience in healthcare business roles, preferably in pharmacy departments of health plans or PBMs, and strong analytics skills. The role involves advanced analytics (SQL, Snowflake, Excel), linking medical and pharmacy data, analyzing total cost of care, and identifying savings opportunities. A solid understanding of data standards, file layouts, and ETL processes is essential. Experience with claims analysis reference files (NCPDP, Medi-span, First Databank, CMS ASP, NPPES) is required.

Skills and Requirements
4+ years experience in healthcare business role, preferably pharmacy department of health plan or PBM and in analytics
Advanced analytics (SQL, snowflake, advanced Excel) of claims, interpret findings, create and deliver slides, excel workbooks, etc with proper messaging
Linking medical and pharmacy data, analyzing total cost of care and identifying savings opportunities
Demonstrated understanding of data standards, file layouts, ETL process
Experience working with various data reference files for claims analysis- NCPDP, Medi-span, First Databank, CMS ASP and other public use files, NPPES and other provider reference sources,
Leading/managing others, Project management
Ability to travel as required null
