Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / BI Developer with expert-level SQL capabilities and hands-on experience in Alteryx, Knime, and Tableau. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicating results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize complex SQL queries and database structures for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Leverage Alteryx and Knime to prepare, blend, and analyze diverse data sets from multiple sources.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver impactful insights.

Communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders through written reports, visualizations, and presentations.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data processes and reporting workflows.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including database design, performance tuning, and advanced query development.

Proven hands-on experience with Alteryx and Knime for data preparation and analysis.

Strong proficiency with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for data visualization and storytelling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and insights. null
