    Job Description

    Insight Globals transportation and logistics client is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their team for a contract to hire engagement. This person should be expert level in designing and building machine learning applications and within Python.In addition to your hands-on contributions, you will serve as a mentor to less experienced data scientists, guiding them towards professional growth and instilling a culture of best practices within the team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will simultaneously navigate multiple projects, each of significant scale and complexity, with potential organization-wide impact. You will be expected to provide detailed analysis, formulate project approaches, and define their scope.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -6+ years experience as a data scientist

     

    -Expert knowledge of Python

     

    -ML/AI experience experience developing and deploying those algorithms into applications

    -Masters or PhD null
