Job Description

A leading hospital system sitting in NYC is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their Corporate Systems umbrella. This person will be supporting the operational technology including physical infrastructure like the hospitals water/heating and cooling systems. This person will be responsible for the following:

Analyze and troubleshoot technical incidents related to OT systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and procedures to identify root causes.

Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures clearly and concisely for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Escalate complex issues to senior analysts for further investigation and resolution.

Assist senior analysts with ongoing projects related to OT system optimization and maintenance.

Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies within the OT domain.

Participate in training programs to develop your technical skills and knowledge.

Skills and Requirements

- 3-7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment

- Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience supporting OT systems in an industrial setting

- Experience working with high level stakeholders, vendors and multiple teams at a time

- Experience digesting, reviewing and documenting materials null
