    Job Description

    One of Insight Globals major clients are seeking a qualified soil inspector to join their team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for soil and materials inspection for various projects. General responsibilities include:

     

    Checks density of soil backfills for utility, building pad, or pavement areas

     

    Occasionally performs inspections of concrete samples

     

    Reports on material supply levels and assist with physical inventory

    Skills and Requirements

     

    High School diploma or GED

     

    ACI certification for concrete testing and inspection (American Concrete Institution)

     

    Prior experience with density testing or inspection of concrete and soil samples ICC certification for soil testing and inspection (International Code Council)

     

    NPDES certification for erosion control (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System)

    Asphalt testing experience null
