Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst local to Richmond, VA. This Analyst will be facilitating budget and forecast processes as well as efficient onboarding and reviewing of contracts with IT leadership and procurement. Must-have experience for this role includes managing IT budget and forecast processes, managing and processing IT contracts and purchase orders including licensing, hands-on experience using SAP for creating SAP purchase orders, and an efficient use of Excel. A strong background in IT banking and contracts as well as strong communication is required, as the Analyst will act as a liaison between the leadership team and vendors to ensure processes are running smoothly. The pay rate for this role ranges from $45-55/hour based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years' experience with IT procurement analysis, IT banking, IT budget, forecasting and consolidating processes

-Facilitating and processing IT contracts, budgeting, and purchase orders including licensing between IT leadership, vendors and procurement

-Hands-on experience in using SAP for creating SAP purchase orders

-Strong time management and communication experience to communicate with IT leadership and procurement

-Strong efficiency in Excel -Perform role of Project Manager on IT projects

-Coordinate IT / Business Governance meetings null
