Job Description
This VP of Tech Sales is a crucial role for our client that involves developing and identifying potential and future pipeline sales opportunities for target accounts that significantly impact the long-term success of the business unit and company overall. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, solution approaches, deal structures, and contract negotiations for the largest and most complex pursuits. Your objective will be to streamline the deal process, achieve a higher win rate, accelerate profitable revenue, and enhance the client experience in doing business with our client. Candidate must understand the card processing sale and be intimately involved in the long term, complex sales process. They will many different internal business units to complete a sale, generate meetings for sales pitches and they will be penetrating the market for banks that are within 2-6 states and have big logo names. Candidate will supervise, develop, motivate, and mentor sales staff, administer compensation, assess performance, and execute action plans.

Skills and Requirements
-Must have 12+ years of experience in financial services sales specifically focused on core processing
-12+ years of experience in managing contract negotiations
-Heavy understanding of the financials behind deal negotiations and ability to present the financials the executives
- Must have experience in a large, matrixed organization and have had direct reports
-Managed or led a group that generated $100M sales + previously
-Previous leadership in pursuit management and client engagement null
