• Data Migration Program Manager

    Job Description

    Pay Rate ranges from $50-$65

     

    This program manager position to lead programs and projects, from planning to tracking through successful closure. The program manager will also have to work with agile teams to help planning for the year and quarter, improve agile adoption and execution, and maintain Jira and Planview hygiene. The person should be proficient in all aspects of program management, some of which would be planning, tracking, converting long term programs into short term agile sprints, RAID management, communication and working with people at multiple levels, including SLT, Leaders, Peers, Colleagues, and team members. This person should be flexible to have 2-3 hours overlap with India working hours, should be passionate about executing programs/projects, and possess excellent communication skills.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -10+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager-most recently Program Manager

     

    -Previously migration projects: large database migration, or migration with data

     

    -Experience with large -10-12 petabytes of data

     

    -Experience playbook/roadmap exists but volatile need someone who can steer this volatile playbook.
