    Job Description

    Insight Globals transportation and logistics client is looking for a Manager, Data Science to join their team for a contract to hire engagement. This will be a hybrid role in Reading, PA. The role will lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts responsible for delivering machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics projects. You will oversee the end-to-end process of discovery, modeling, and deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as IT and product teams. This role will also focus on developing your teams skills in performing complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency. This Manager should have a strong technical efficiency in Python and Machine Learning.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -6+ years experience as a data scientist

     

    -Mentorship or leadership experience or interest

     

    -Expert knowledge of Python

     

    -ML/AI experience experience developing and deploying those algorithms into applications

    -Masters or PhD null
