Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our Data Science team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance our financial planning processes. This role requires expertise in integrating custom LLM-as-a-Service (LLMaaS) solutions with self-hosted LLMs from PepsiCo PepGenX platform and proficiency in text-to-SQL conversion and agentic modelling. They will train and fine-tuning AI models to align with business needs, ensuring relevance and accuracy in generated insights and well as use AI to suggest the best ways to visualize data dynamically based on patterns and user preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI applications utilizing PepGenX's custom LLMaaS to support financial planning initiatives.

Develop and manage state-of-the-art conversational AI agents capable of executing complex tasks within financial workflows.

Implement and optimize text-to-SQL methodologies to facilitate seamless and accurate querying of financial databases.

Develop and optimize knowledge graph solutions to represent financial data relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Maintain and enhance existing AI models to improve performance, accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience in Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs (OpenAI, Llama) developing and deploying applications using LLMs.

Strong proficiency in text-to-SQL conversion techniques and tools, for complex database schemas.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL with experience in AI-centric libraries and frameworks.

Able to optimize GenAI solutions for enterprise environments, including techniques for latency reduction, efficient token usage, and cost management.

Experience in building and managing AI agents for task automation.

Solid understanding of data management, including data pre-processing and augmentation with Expert-level skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for large datasets and experience with query performance tuning and execution plan analysis.

Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment of AI applications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in financial planning or related domains.

Knowledge of agentic modeling and its applications in AI.

Familiarity with MLOps practices for managing the AI model lifecycle. null
