    Job Description

    An Insight Global Fortune 500 client is seeking a talented Senior Java Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with three other engineers to develop new APIs and endpoints for frontend features, focusing on enhancing the "My List" application, which includes customer favorites and hearts, from the website frontend to the database. Responsibilities include backend development using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), database management with Cassandra, and maintaining high standards of code quality and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in API development and backend systems, proficiency in Java, GCP, and Cassandra, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to quickly integrate and make an immediate impact.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience in API development and backend systems.

     

    - 5+ years of experience in Java, GCP, and Cassandra.

     

    Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

     

    - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

     

    -Ability to quickly integrate and making an immediate traction - Any certifications pertaining to engineering, technology, etc. null
