    Job Description

    A client in chicago is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. They will be supporting an application development team responsible for the digital servicing of the contact center applications. They will be responsible for meeting with the business/stakeholders gathering requirements and translating and driving those with the development teams. Familiarity with contact center systems (chatbots, voicebots, etc.) will be beneficial in helping interpret the code with the development team & translating those into functional requirements that will lead to a successful implementation.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

     

    Experience supporting application development projects & well versed with SDLC

     

    Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

     

    Experience supporting a contact center project (digital servicing/ Chatbots/ Voicebots)

     

    Experience engaging with business to drive requirements

     

    Ability to write requitements and user stories from scratch Airline Industry Experience

    Knowledge of GenAI null
