+ **Schedule:** FT Days; M-F, 8a-4:30p (flexible hours depending on office needs)

This position is a service-line level role supporting cardiovascular physicians. Healthcare administrative experience a must. The candidate in this role will create agendas for service line meetings, take minutes for these meetings and serve as the point person for administrative tasks for the service line council. Position also responsible for calendar management of multiple physicians. Experience managing physician relationships preferred.

Candidate must live in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships and business objectives to support program(s).

+ Collaborate to identify program opportunities and recommend business plan and budget.

+ Promote the program and referral sources for targeted customers. Build relationships within discipline to develop business.

+ Collaborate in the development of marketing outreach activities and communication materials.

+ Analyze and recommend actions based on key program trends and milestones.

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
