    Description

    As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will lead the strategic development and execution of innovative learning solutions for Amazon's Middle Mile transportation network. This role combines analytical thinking, instructional design expertise, and creative problem-solving to deliver impactful multi-modal learning experiences.

     

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of learning and development within Amazon's transportation network while working with a collaborative team of learning professionals dedicated to customer success.

    Key job responsibilities

    * Partner with stakeholders to identify and analyze learning needs, utilizing market data and user research to inform solutions

    * Lead the end-to-end design process from concept development through implementation

    * Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions drive measurable performance outcomes

    * Design innovative, behavior-focused learning experiences across multiple modalities (ILT, vILT, e-Learning, video etc.)

    * Communicate design concepts effectively across various organizational levels

    * Evaluate and optimize learning programs based on data-driven insights

    * Mentor junior team members and share instructional design expertise

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of design experience

     

    - Have an available online portfolio

     

    - A minimum of a BS/BA degree in any of the following disciplines: Education Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Education, Visual Communications

     

    - Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise

     

    - Proficient in Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or a similar video editing application

    Preferred Qualifications

    - A MS/MA degree + experience in any of the following disciplines: Education Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Education, Visual Communications, or equivalent studies is required

     

    - Proficiency in the following instructional design methodologies: ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) Model, SAM (Successive Approximation Model) Model, and Performance Support

     

    - Experience measuring effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the goals of the project

     

    - Strong project management skills that ensure timely turnaround of deliverables
