    Imagine One Technology & Management (District Of Columbia, DC)


    Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a **Business System Analyst** “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position serves as a Team Lead and supports the U.S. Navy at the Washington Navy Yard in S.E., Washington, D.C.

    Experience Requirements:

    + Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in DoD/Navy programs and/or policies

    + Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management

    + Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates

    + Performs business case analyses on proposed projects or initiatives, following the DoD Product Support Business Case Analysis Guidebook and/or the DON Standard Business Case Analysis Template, including software cost estimating activities as necessary

    + Develops and delivers the following items as required: Resource Reports, Analysis Reports, Project Reports, Technical Reports, Performance Metrics Reports, Integrated Master Schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures

    + May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist

    + Experience leading and directing teams

    Educational Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

    Security Requirements:

    + U.S. Citizenship required

    + ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance
