Job Description
**_Atrium Hospitality_** is seeking a dynamic Area Human Resources Director to ensure that Associates are fully assimilated into their operational roles by managing Associate performance and development, ensuring appropriate compensation, facilitating talent acquisition, overseeing employee relations, and supporting administrative needs.
Salary Range: 85k-100k
What You Will Do:
+ Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
+ Balance and prioritize the operational and human resources needs across multiple properties while driving the Corporate HR responsibilities, initiatives and programs
+ Manage employee benefits, compensation structures, and HR policies.
+ Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
+ Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
+ 60-70% time will be in support of Elk Grove Hampton Inn, Modesto Springhill Suites and Ramada Reno
+ 30-40% time will be to support large initiatives at the Holiday Sacramento
Duties at Holiday Inn will entail:
+ Will support in lieu of DHR absence
+ Assist in CA Audit compliance
+ Will assist HR team with large initiatives and rollouts – onboarding, training, townhalls etc.
+ Support with Recruiting and union relations
+ LOA process, compliance and tracking
+ Training tracking
+ Worker’s Compensation for all 4 hotels
+ Hours worked for all 4 hotels
+ HR data audit (sending letters for benefit eligibility) (term dormant associates in a timely manner)
What you will need to be considered for this role:
5-7 years of progressive HR leadership experience to include solid HR Generalist responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study or commensurate experience
Advanced proficiency of technology capabilities across various HRIS platforms and related technologies

Prior multi-property experience
