+ Support a large-scale initiative to streamline and standardize Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) workflows across hospital and clinic operations.

+ As a Project Manager, lead key operational improvement projects focused on areas like scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow—no technical background required, but strong healthcare experience is essential.

+ 12-18 month assignment - hybrid

+ Managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications

+ Supporting change management and workflow redesign

+ Using standard PM templates and methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)

+ Preparing documentation and coordinating with operational leaders

+ 7+ years’ experience with Healthcare project management experience (PMP preferred)

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar improvement methods

+ Strong communication, facilitation, and critical thinking skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Project

+ Experience with Cerner is a plus

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
