Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Human Resources Manager to support 2 business unit's in the Great Lakes area. Under the broad guidance of the Area Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager collaborates with the local management team to oversee the human resources operations for designated divisions. This role ensures adherence to industry regulations and company policies. Additionally, the manager is responsible for local administration of staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation programs, while also actively participating in the execution of strategic HR initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors - HR or Business Management
3+ years of direct HR experience as a HR Generalist or Manager
Employee relations experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Industry experiences including- waste, retail, manufacturing
Master's in human resources
Proven promotion in previous experience
Prior experience working with a Union null
