Job Description

The Senior Digital Product Manager will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap for expanding digital services across all markets, products, and services, and setting both strategic and tactical goals for the team.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance our presence in the travel sector and boost member engagement.

Oversee the development and enhancement of digital travel products, ensuring they align with market demands and member needs.

Improve user experience (web and mobile) by collecting feedback, prioritizing user requirements, and optimizing the travel booking process.

Lead a team of product owners to achieve company objectives for digital travel products.

Integrate the latest trends in travel, such as personalization, artificial intelligence, and chatbot technology.

Prioritize initiatives based on data and insights, define business and user requirements, and analyze/report on performance.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of all product line initiatives and alignment with company strategy.

Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and resources involved in product development.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, eBusiness, MS&IS, business, management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

At least 10 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles for digital products or programs.

Experience with travel products and operations is highly desirable.

Proven track record of increasing KPIs for web products.

Experience in leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design qualities that enhance web application usability.

Extensive knowledge of web and mobile (Android & iOS) products, e-commerce environments, and related software.

Experience in an agile XP environment is preferred. null
