Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning. This role will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing our financial planning processes and systems, as well as providing insightful analysis and support to drive informed business decisions.
Develop and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models, templates, and reports to support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all planning activities.
Provide ongoing support and training to users of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring effective utilization of the system.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
Prepare and present financial analysis, reports, and dashboards to senior management and other stakeholders.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, working closely with IT and external vendors to resolve any technical problems.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis, as well as Workday Adaptive Planning updates and enhancements.

Skills and Requirements
Data and financial analysis experience
3-5 years of experience with EPM tools (Workday Adaptive Planning)
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. null
