Job Description

o Receives Operator calls and emails made to the Public Relations hotline, provides PR/PA guidance related to field calls on certain topics and/or routes to appropriate Subject Matter Expert.

o Ensures the correct categorization and documentation of issues through ServiceNow.

o Pays close attention to all the inquiries coming through to know how the requests may be connected so that they can be routed to the appropriate people with the most up to date information.
