Job Description
Insight Global is seeing a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician to support a healthcare startup client on a 6-mos contract to perm assignment. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team Lead and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified using risk stratification algorithms. These interventions may involve obtaining and recording health and contact information, scheduling appointments, resolving medication-related issues, and performing patient engagement activities. In addition to patient interactions, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer support requests, preparing, and mailing letters, and other assigned duties. All members of the Clinical Care team are expected to communicate effectively, maintain a cooperative working relationship with clients and colleagues, be respectful and accept constructive feedback professionally, and continuously learn new skills to deliver quality customer service and patient care.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
-Certified Pharmacy Tech (national or state license)
-2+ years of RETAIL pharmacy experience -Experience with high-volume (45+) outbound calls
-Familiar with Med Reconciliation calls
-Must come from a retail pharmacy or from a remote pharmacy background
-Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic)
-Excellent written and oral communication skills -Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
-A team player mindset with the ability to work independently
-Ability to work 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday until 9am-6pm Pacific Time) -Bilingual in Spanish and English null
