Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Litigation Paralegal Manager for one of our litigation law firm clients. This role will eventually be hybrid remote, three days onsite two days remote, after a 90-day onsite training period.
As the Litigation Paralegal Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the litigation paralegal team as well as Legal Analysts. In total, you would be overseeing around 10-12 individuals. We are looking for someone who can come in and establish processes, put order/structure in place, and be responsible for workflow assignments. This role will also be the liaison between the attorneys and the litigation paralegals, handling any escalations that may come up. In some cases, there will be a need to be hands on as a paralegal, so the ideal person will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and being hands on.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for the overall supervision of the litigation paralegals and for overseeing their work assignments, work allocation, and workflow.
Coordinates with attorneys to identify and address staffing needs and to prioritize assignments and caseload.
Provides training, guidance, and mentoring to paralegals as needed.
Works with external services (such as PacerPro, NetDocs, Box, and ECFx), downloading and storing documents and files using established naming conventions. Maintains document databases and updates files.
Supports pretrial and trial preparation efforts, including creating witness binders and trial notebooks, identifying and organizing exhibits, and maintaining case/trial calendars and deadlines.

Skills and Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- 2+ years of experience in a supervision/management level role
- Proficiency in E-filing, especially with the federal PACER/ECF System
- Proficiency in Westlaw or Lexis, for handling cite-checking and locating cases
- Bachelors or Associates Degree - Experience with mass tort or class action litigation null
