    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Business Process Consultant to join the Operations organization specifically within the Integrated Business Planning team at a large global consumer goods company. This individual will be involved in two key initiatives to define process mapping and tools to optimize and utilize within the business. This role involves collaboration with key stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements, mapping data availability across various regions to ensure it meets business needs. You will create a detailed process deck that outlines the implementation timeline, key milestones, dependencies, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities for all project participants. Additionally, you will establish and execute a communication plan to ensure effective information flow both upwards to management and downwards to internal employees, and produce relevant materials such as presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate information to stakeholders at all levels.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 8+ years' experience with process mapping in a global enterprise environment

     

    - Experience in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry

     

    - Strong communication and collaboration skills with key stakeholders/leaders

     

    - Demonstrated understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts and tools.

     

    - Experience in developing process documentation and communication plans. null
