    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Associate for one of our clients in Salt Lake City, Utah. This Inside Sales Associate will be a customer facing role assisting with customer's orders, fielding incoming phone calls, assisting in receiving and shipping orders, dealing with customer's questions and issues in a timely and professional manner, and processing and distributing customer products quickly and efficiently. The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 depending on experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    High school diploma or GED

     

    Strong customer-service experience

     

    Strong computer skills including MS Office programs

     

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with customer issues, inventory, and product allocations 1+ years of inside sales experience

    Experience with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction null
